How Just-Dial Works

Just-Dial is a revolutionary instant dial service that allows you to make cheap international calls from your UK landline. This cost saving instant telecoms service allows you to make cheap international calls to almost anywhere in the world for a fraction of the usual cost. The Just-Dial service uses genuine hard wired phone lines, not poor quality internet lines.

The access numbers are all inclusive so there is no connection charge, just the rate-per-minute.

How to make instant cheap international calls:

1) Dial the relevant access number (find out by using the ratefinder tool below).

2) At anytime during the prompt dial the international destination number in full (including 00).

3) That's it, you're connected!

How you pay for the calls you make

When you make a call via Just-Dial you only pay for calling one of the Just-Dial access numbers. It is your service provider that will charge you - not us. So for example, if you made a 5 minute call to India from a BT phone, then next time you got your BT bill you would see a call to our 0844 number, a duration of 5 minutes and a charge of 25p and absolutely no charges by us. Simple!

The prices shown on this site are BT's charges per minute for calling the Just-Dial access number and you are charged per second from connection to the Just-Dial service. If you're not with BT you need to check with your service provider how much they will charge for calls made to the Just-Dial access numbers. Some mobile service providers even bundle some of the Just-Dial access numbers into certain free minutes packages. If you are thinking of using a Just-Dial access number from your mobile phone please first check the charges with your mobile service provider.

Also there is a surcharge from BT payphones, please check at the point of making your call.
