Just-Dial

Callers must ensure they have bill payer's permission before using the Just-Dial service. All calls are billed by your telephone line provider at their relevant 0870, 0871, 0844, 0845 and relevant 0905 rates.

Calls are charged from time of connection to the Just-Dial service, so we advise replacing the handset after a short period if your calls are engaged or unanswered. When you call from a mobile, remember to only press the call or send button after dialling the access number but not again after dialling the destination number.

Calls to mobile phones, premium rate numbers and pagers are not included unless otherwise stated.

Just-Dial reserves the right to terminate fraudulent calls. The service is subject to availability. Service provided by Just-Dial, Telco Global Ltd, Telco House, 284 Southbury Road, Enfield, Middlesex EN1 1TR.

Just Dial Card

When making a call, a connection charge equal to the outbound rate applies. Rates apply when using standard national rate access number payable to your phone provider. 0800 freephone access is available at an additional 2p per minute to the quoted rates.

Bill payers' permission must be obtained before dialling the 0901 number or sending a text message from a mobile.

Landline calls made to purchase the £1 calling card are billed at your telecom providers relevant 0901 call rate - with BT that is a flat charge per call of £1 including VAT. To find out the cost of calling from a service provider other than BT, contact your service provider directly; remember your service provider may have a minimum call or connection charge for all calls.

Text purchases of the £3 JD card must be made from a valid UK mobile number on the T-Mobile, Vodafone, O2, Orange or Virgin networks. The text message request is for a £3 card and will be charged at your standard mobile operator's text rate. Each of the two text messages you receive will cost 150p and will be credited individually, one at a time.

Text purchases of the £5 JD card must be made from a valid UK mobile number on the T-Mobile, Vodafone, O2, Orange or Virgin networks. The message will cost you £5. O2 Users are charged for the text message request for a £5 top-up at the standard O2 mobile text rate.

If you have topped up via your landline using 0901 you will not be able to use the JustDial Card PIN number through that landline.

If premium text message barring is in operation on your mobile phone attempting to text will not result in a top-up charge but you may be charged at your mobile operator's standard text rate.

Rates and minutes shown are based on the 0845/0207-access number and will be charged at your service providers' lo-call & standard national rates.

Calling subject to availability and these terms are subject to change. Rates are effective from 17/06/2003 and may change without prior notice.

The international calls will be rounded to the nearest penny.

0800 freephone access is available at an additional 2p per minute to the quoted rates.

An 20p/min surcharge will be applied for freephone calls dialled from any payphone.

Your mobile phone service provider may charge for access to freephone numbers and charge different rates for access via 0845 numbers.

Charging for access numbers by your service provider is from the time of connection to the Just Dial Card service.

Some calls to International mobiles, non-geographic numbers and foreign premium rate numbers are charged at different rates to that of the country.

The national call rate does not include non-geographic numbers (e.g. 0645, 0845, and 0870).

If a particular phone number account has had no movement (that is either a JD card purchase or a call being made) for 90 days or more then we reserve the right to close the account and zero any credit balance that may be remaining.

Savings displayed are our best savings over BT Together (peak) rates from UK mainland before promotions and discounts as of 01/06/04. Standard is Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm. The savings exclude impact of BT's minimum call charge and Just Dial Card call connection charge.

The combined value of JD cards bought on any one landline phone number are limited to £21 in any one day and to £51 over a 30 day rolling period.
