Before you use our service, please make sure you fully understand how our service works and how you will be charged:
- You must have the bill payer's permission before using our service
- Text to 80550 costs £5 plus your standard mobile network rates for the request message and is charged by your service provider
- Text to 80041 costs £3 plus your standard mobile network rates for the request message and is charged by your service provider
- Our service can be used from the mobile number used for the subscription to our service or from another phone using a PIN
- Calls to our 0207 access number will be charged by your service provider at their standard rate included in your call package
- If you don't use our service to make a call or send a top up request within 90 days any unused Calling Credit will expire

This text message will cost you £3 and we will credit your phone with £3 of topup2talk international call credit. Connection fee on Topup2talk is now
equal to twice the pence per minute rate (up to a maximum of 30 pence) for the relevant country.
How to buy £5 of Topup2talk calling credit for your mobile
Text us the message CREDITME to the short number 80550.
This text message will cost you £5 and we will credit your phone with £5 of topup2talk international call credit. Connection fee on Topup2talk is now
equal to twice the pence per minute rate (up to a maximum of 30 pence) for the relevant country.
When you buy topup2talk call credit, you will also be issued a PIN number (by text message) that lets you access your credit from ANY phone!

How to buy Topup2talk call credit from a BT phone
Simply dial 0901 366 4055 from a BT phone to gain £1 topup 2 talk calling credit for that phone. This call will cost £1 and appear on your phone bill. Connection fee on Topup2talk is now
equal to twice the pence per minute rate (up to a maximum of 30 pence) for the relevant country.

STEP 2. Talk Now
Call when you want, for as long as you want, as often as you want at the relevant rate for your country (see our ratefinder tool above). Make the call from your phone using one of our topup2talk access numbers:
- 0207 124 6666 (free for mobile users with 'free minutes')
- 0845 451 6666 (0845 numbers are charged at local rate)
- 0800 594 6666 (0800 is a freephone access number but 2 pence per minute surcharge applies to your topup2talk credit)
